Minimum age for being inside of shop
You must be 16 years of age or older to enter the shop, even if you aren't 16 for another day or so!
State Issued ID
You must have a state issued ID before getting anything done at all, no matter how old you are!
Doing work on minors
You must be atleast 16 to be able to get anything thing at all! You must have your own ID, not your parent's/legal guardian's ID! You must get a notary form from us and take it to a notary public, the people who certify legal documents, have them stamp it(we must have the embossed seal for it to be valid), then come back to us with your ID.
Health conditions
We must know any health conditions that you may have, like if you are pregnant, if you have diabeties, if you are on blood thinner, or anything at all like that! It is completely illegal to do work on someone who is pregnant, because that could cause serious complications with the unborn child, and some serious diabetic conditions could prevent you from getting a tattoo, unless your doctor ok's it. Please, for your safety and ours, let us know of ANY health conditions you may have!
